If you're a meat connoisseur, you know the difference an in-house smoker can make. You won't be disappointed when you visit Mason Dixon Saloon for delicious smoked meats. We smoke our pork baby back ribs and slow cook the meat for our Ruebens. We even have a special dry rub for wings, burgers, pork baby back ribs, pork loins and beef loins.
Our kitchen is open on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and from Friday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Due to the amount of tender, love and care we put into our ribs, we only smoke our baby back ribs on Thursday and Sunday starting at 4:30 p.m.
